SafeHire, a product of Puffle Software Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Puffle"), Provides its services to you subject to the following Terms of Use. By accessing and using the SafeHire WebApp, you accept the following Terms of Use, without limitation or qualification. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. SafeHire reserves the right to change the WebApp and these terms and conditions at any time. It retains the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated any of these Terms of Use.
SafeHire WebApp is controlled and operated by Puffle. All materials used or referred to in this WebApp, are protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by Puffle or by other parties that have licensed their material to SafeHire. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly, also you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of SafeHire, modification or use of the materials/information on any other web site or networked computer environment is a violation of the company rights and is prohibited.
Candidate data of SafeHire WebApp shall be accessed only if the company or client's user has a valid use case to access the data. Following may be the use cases to access the data:
- If user has received job application of the candidate.
- If the user has hired the candidate and making addition to the employment history of the candidate.
- If the user is updating any information of the candidate like updating addresses or mobile number or education or adding employment with any other company.
- If the user is releasing the candidate.
If the user of SafeHire Webapp access the data without any of the above valid reason, this shall be treated as breach of the terms of use.

No judgment or warranty is made with respect to such other services or sites and Puffle takes no responsibility for such other sites or services. A link to another site or service is not an endorsement of that site or service. Any use you make of the information provided in the affiliated services links is at your own risk.
